We have assembled the strongest trainer team in Singapore to provide the best coaching available for our Wushu talents.

Headed by SEA Games Wushu Champion Mr. Picasso Tan and World Wushu Champion Mr. Di Guang Wen, KUEN Wushu is Singapore’s leading Wushu Training Academy.

Founder & General Manager – Mr. Chin Woon Piaw

  • Founded KUEN Wushu in 2004. In the span of 5 years, grew the company to over 300 students, 5 branches and a Trainer Team of more than 10 KUEN Wushu trainers to become Singapore’s leading Wushu provider for school programmes.
  • Has been fervently promoting Sports Wushu to schools all over Singapore via workshops, seminars and Mass Wushu programmes. To date, over 10,00 students have gone through KUEN Wushu programmes.
Dean – Mr. Picasso Tan

  • Singapore’s renowned “King of Nanquan”
  • Multiple-time SEA Games, Asian Games & World Wushu Champion/Medalist
  • Former National Wushu Team Captain and Assistant Team Manager

Chief Trainer – Mr. Di Guang Wen

  • Renowned Beijing Wushu Team member and junior to world famous Wushu movie star Jet Li
  • Handpicked and groomed by the venerable Master Wu Bin, Jet Li’s Wushu Master
  • Only Wushu Trainer residing in Singapore to win both a China All-round Wushu Championship & World Wushu Championship. Highest profile Wushu trainer in Singapore
Trainer Mentor – Mr. Wang Yan Bin

  • Former Mediacorp action actor/director and renowned wire specialist
  • Specializes in teaching performance aesthetics
  • An experienced Trainer mentor, he is in charge of running and developing the Wushu programme for EG2, a joint collaboration between KUEN Wushu and Eduplus Language Centre
Senior Wushu Trainer – Ms. Wang Kai Ting

  • Multiple-time Singapore National Wushu Championships Gold Medalist
  • Renowned Singapore Wushu trainer and National/International Wushu Judge
  • Appointed Trainer for MOE combined school team at Chung Cheng High
  • Over 8 years of coaching competitive Wushu in MOE schools.
Wushu Trainer – Mr. Wang Liang

  • China 1-Ji (Level 1) Wushu athlete
  • Competed professionally in China at Provincial level
  • National Wushu Championship Gold Medalist
  • Wushu Judge for National and Interschool Wushu Championships
Wushu Trainer – Mr. Chen Zhi Peng

  • China 1-Ji (Level 1) Wushu athlete
  • Graduated from China, Wuhan Sports University with a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and Sports Training
  • Wushu Trainer in-charge at Dance Ensemble, Singapore from 2003 – 2006
  • Specializes in choreography for stage performances, fusing modern dance and Wushu art forms
Wushu Trainer – Ms. Liu Juan

  • China 5-Ying Ji (Elite Level) Wushu athlete
  • China All-round Wushu Champion, Youth Category
  • Member of the renowned Beijing Wushu Team, competed professionally for Beijing Team in National Championships and All-Chinese Games Wushu Championships
  • Over 7 years of coaching experience in various countries (Korea, Hongkong, Singapore)
