The Introduction to Wushu Programme aims to provide participants an overview of Sports Wushu through a simple yet engaging training programme involving game-like activities. Designed to be a taster programme, participants will learn to execute basic Wushu handforms, stances, kicks, and set Wushu routines conducted in a fun and challenging way by our experienced KUEN Wushu Trainers.

Students learn about positive martial values (Wu De) such as respect for teachers, and reap the benefits of improved focus and better conduct for your students.

Each session is conducted in small classes with one trainer in charge of one class. This programme makes for the perfect physical activity to introduce the benefits of Wushu to your students.

Watch your students laugh and sweat through each fun session and beam with pride as they put up a synchronized Wushu demonstration as a grand finale to the 5 session Introduction to Wushu programme!
